It's been hand-cast from 18K gold with round, oval and hex-shaped gemstones: blue topaz, Swiss blue topaz, London blue topaz and turquoise in addition to triplets of rock crystal and mother-of-pearl over amazonite as well as rock crystal and mother-of-pearl over lapis.
